It is a journey at walking speed — slow enough to experience the distance between places, meet people along the way and understand how landscapes and communities change from one region to the next.
The route is deliberately flexible. Borders, visas, seasons, local conditions, health and safety can all change the direction or timing of the expedition. The map shows the plan, while the journey itself will be shaped by what happens on the road.
