WHY THIS VERSION IS DIFFERENT

The map is isolated from the website.

01 Independent map engine

Leaflet runs inside a dedicated iframe so the site's image and transform CSS cannot break its map tiles.

02 Visible GPS marker

The latest position uses a large orange animated target with a permanent location label.

03 Real pan and zoom

Mouse drag, touch drag, wheel zoom, pinch zoom and the standard + / − controls are enabled explicitly.

04 Route grows automatically

A single point shows the location. Two or more public points are routed along pedestrian streets and paths.
